My fun day

My day in a nut shelll----big nutshell!
Get up go let Rachel's dog out(Janae is dog sitting)
Come home get Jaida go to:
Dollar Tree, Walmart, Aldi
Come home put groceries away
Go to: Best Home Furnishings(ordered new mattress---yipppeeeee tired of the aching sholder) Family Dollar, Schulz, Dollar Tree(once again) and Walmart(once again)
Come home get truck go pick up Jordan and Janae and take them to their next yard to mow.
Leave and go get them something to drink
Go back pick them up take them to next yard.
Go home help Jalen finish making oreo ice cream and green beans(he has been helping me in kitchen lately)
Take Jalen with me and go get Jordan and Janae to go to next yard.
Wait in truck while they finish yard
Take Jalen to mow his yard
While he is mowing take Janae back to Rachels to take care of dog
Take Jordan home
Mow around fence
Finish folding laundry and put it away
get clothes out for Sunday and iron them
Get mother's day gifts ready
Take shower
Collapse!!!!!

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all you blogging mother's out there!! Hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day!

Laundry!!!!!!!!!!!

Jalen came into the laundry room the other day and said---Mom, you must have been gone alot look at all that laundry --- to which I replied-------no, Jalen I had it all done and put away 2 days ago!!! Where on earth does it all come from????

Men's Retreat

Things I've done today:
Finished cleaning my house
Went to Wal-Mart 3 times(GRRRRRRR)
Went to Aldi
Went to Marsh
Swept grass out of mulch(someone didn't mow grass away from mulch)
Swept sidewalks
Put groceries away
Folded and put laundry away
Ironed clothes for tomorrow
Made Salad
Made Fruit dip
Tucked kids into bed
I think I'll call it a day!!!!!

Wallpaper

I realized to day how young Jaida is---she asked me why we didn't have any wallpaper??? My whole house used to be wallpapered and I had never thought about the fact that she wasn't old enough to remember that! Kind of funny! I've seen some cool new stuff in magazines lately but I told my family if I ever even hint at it to just slap me!!! hehe----------I've stripped more wallpaper than you can even imagine!!!!Like every stinkin wall in this house except my upstairs landing area(I painted over it)and this is an old house with 9 ft. ceilings and nooks and crannies!!!!!!!!!!!!! yuck!!!!!!!!!!! like 5 layers with paint in between on some rooms!!!! I can't even bear the thought of doing it EVER again!!!!!!!!!!

I just thought this picture was hilarious--you may not see the humor at all. We were leaving for school this morning and I was taking pics of the kids in their career day attire. Jenny who lives across the street from me was sitting on her porch so I was just being stupid trying to zoom in on her when Janae who was taking out the trash saw me and took off running to avoid the camera(as usual). If you enlarge you will see how hilarious she looks in mid run!(maybe you had to be there?!)

Cazy Hair Day

Jalen's mohawk. There isn't alot you can do with a boys hair for crazy hair day! He thought he wanted to keep this mohawk but I knew that wasn't going to happen. After school he begged me to shave it off??? He decided it didn't look that good! ha(Jordan and Janae were on a field trip so they couldn't do crazy hair)
