Carrie, it is actually a full chihuahua.
Cool! I've never seen a black and white chihuahua before. What do the cats think?? :)
Carrie, the cats are ok with it. The first day we had him I was in the kitchen letting him run around and he started play with Angel(white cat)and ended up chasing her out of the kitchen. It was pretty funny considering Angel is about 5 times his size!
