Sentimental!

Every last one of my kids will now be in school for the entire day everyday! What on earth will I do??? (If you took a look at my house you would know that that is a really stupid question :)I'm sad that they are growing up sooo fast!! I have 2 starting in highschool(this really freaks me out)--of course I have one going into first grade(this also freaks me out)---I do not know where the time has gone. I guess I'm kind of sentimental tonight as I sit here typing!!! I know I will get used to it and wander what I did when they were all at home but I think I will feel lost for a few days!

Julie, I remember when all three of my kids were in school for all day!! It took me about 5 seconds to realize that I was going to enjoy my time. Now - I must admit to wishing it back but it is so much fun to watch them grow up!!!

Karen and I were discussing this great monumental moment when all the kids will be in school, but we sounded more like politicians as we were chanting “4 more years, 4 more years!!” I know, you do not want them to grow up too fast, but they are a ton of work right now, as you can well imagine!

Jonathan--that is hilarious! I well remember those hard days! Still have them only with teenagers and a 6 and 9 yr old! This morning when I dropped them off I was a little sad but was also very excited!!!! I have 2 whole hrs at home ALONE!!!!!! YIPPEEEE!!!(today is just orientation!) I will say one thing--our twins loved each other until they were like 4yrs. Then it was pretty bad for a few years---it got good again at about 8---soooo beware!!!!!!!

I keep telling you, if you get bored, just come on over and help me clean my house! I also have one kid not in school at all and one that only goes three days a week. So if you really get to missing the kiddos, just drop by. I'll have them on the porch waiting for you!

I can't imagine how you feel! It was different for me to only have one at home today, so for you to have NONE at home, yikes! I know it will be a sad day when Kallee is gone all day, but I'm sure I will find something to dry my tears; say a new skirt or shirt from the mall, lol! Wow, just think no kids to drag to the mall!

I'm in your boat too, Julie! Then I realized that my mom THOUGHT she had it made twice and got pregnant. YIKES!! Trying not to celebrate too hardy me lads.

C'mon, Sara--twin girls! And Julie, you can come over and help me figure out what to do with the window in the downstairs bathroom once the remodelling is finished.
